Research Interests

My research examines the mechanisms of language acquisition through reading, drawing on psycholinguistics, cognitive and developmental psychology to understand how meaning is derived from words. I am particularly interested in applying corpus tools and large language models, informed by cognitive linguistics theory, to address the problems in literacy and reading education. A secondary interest lies in multilingual lexicon composition and its effects on language comprehension and use.
